Silent losses, mix-ups between properties, theft, endless inventories: a hotel can lose up to a third of its textile stock every year without any visibility.

    Invisible losses

Nobody knows how many items leave, how many come back, how many vanish along the way.

    Impossible sorting

When several properties share a laundry, returning the right linen to the right hotel becomes a puzzle.

    Guest theft

Bathrobes and towels end up in suitcases. No way to detect it at the exit.

    No data

Management, purchasing and accounts decide blind, with no real figures on wear or rotation.

Lifted hem of a sateen sheet revealing the textile tag sewn inside

An invisible, durable RFID tag is sewn into the hem at the workshop. The platform tracks, alerts and analyses: the hotel regains control of its textile assets.

    In development

After every wash, a camera inspects the linen as it passes and catches what a tired eye misses: stains, snags, pulled threads, loose hems, whites turning grey. Each piece receives a condition, linked to its RFID identity.

Hem inspection and steam pressing, folded towels with gold border
    • Defect detection

Stains, holes, snags, discolouration, spotted and photographed automatically.

    • Condition grading

Each piece is graded: in service, to repair, to retire. Doubtful items are set aside before the room.

    • Per-item history

Condition joins the RFID record: cycles, incidents, photos. Wear is read piece by piece.

    • Right-time renewal

Management replaces what needs replacing, neither too early nor too late.
