Data collected
The site requires no account or sign-up. Only the two forms collect data, and only what you enter:
- Contact form: name, property, email address, phone and message.
- Quote request: the same information, the type of property, the number of rooms and the list of pieces you are interested in.
Purposes
This data is used to reply to you, prepare a quotation and follow up on any business relationship that may result. It is processed on the basis of pre-contractual steps taken at your request and Floria's legitimate interest in answering its prospects. It is never sold or used for advertising.
Recipients
Your messages are forwarded by email to Floria's management and sales team. Email delivery is entrusted to a sending provider bound by contract to data confidentiality and security. No other third party has access.
Retention period
Your messages are kept for the time needed to handle your request, then for the duration of the business relationship. A request that leads nowhere is deleted at the latest three years after the last exchange.
Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted. Forms are protected against automated submissions, and access to received messages is limited to the people in charge of replying.
Your rights
Under Organic Law No. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data and, for properties located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data. Simply write to [email protected]; we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
